The Scoundrel's Lover by Jess Michaels

Annabelle Flynn is sister to two of London's biggest libertines, while she has gone in the opposite direction and tried to be the picture of purity. When her eldest brother inherits a dukedom, she thinks she can finally make her debut and find a proper spouse. But her priorities take a turn when her other brother starts spiraling toward destruction and she makes her way to the notorious Donville Masquerade where she meets the owner Marcus Rivers.

Marcus has been attracted to Annabelle since they were introduced even going so far as to drive by her mother's home just hoping to get a glimpse of her. Knowing that their stations are too far apart now that her brother is a Duke, Marcus has tried to squash his feelings for her. But that is hard to do when the woman of his dreams invades his club every night in hopes of helping her brother.

Can Marcus keep his desires in check when Annabelle makes her nightly visits or will it prove to be too much temptation?

I fell in love with Annabelle in The Other Duke, and Michaels did not disappoint with the telling of her story. Annabelle wanted so much to be the proper young lady of the ton, but her passionate nature kept coming to the surface.  She knew that going to the Donville Masquerade could land her in hot water, but her love for her brother (and her growing attraction to Marcus) kept her going back.

Marcus tried so hard to fight his feelings for Annabelle because he thought he wasn't good enough for her, but in the end true love trumps all!!

I loved this story and I can't wait to read Crispin's story next!!
