When Logan Holstock learns that he just has months to live, he ventures to Cactus Creek in hopes of finding his long lost brothers. He didn't count on finding a lovely widow that would make him wish he had more time on this earth.
Sibyl Spencer's husband has just passed away and she has inherited a bank that she doesn't know how to run. When the stranger that stopped the bank robbery offers her help, she accepts.
But spending time together leads to feelings that neither one of them can afford to have since Logan doesn't have much time left. But maybe those feeling will prompt Logan to fight harder to live a life he didn't know he wanted.
I enjoyed this story. I've been looking forward to the reunion of the three brothers since I started the series. I liked that Logan started to fight to live once he realized how important Sibyl, her daughter, his brothers and the rest of the town were to him.
A great conclusion to the trilogy!
